The Cold Therapy Insulated Tub Package includes:

Place the setup in an area that can withstand wetness, moisture, and condensation, so you don’t risk water damage.

Operating the chiller costs approximately $15-$25/month at $0.12/KWh. The compressor and fan only run when cooling is needed, while the low-wattage pump runs continuously once the set temperature is reached.
Avoid Using a Timer:
Keeping the water cold consistently controls bacteria so that it minimizes growth, reducing maintenance needs. The potential power savings from using a timer, however, are minimal, likely saving only $1-$3/month. additionally, this would increase the need for water and filter changes, and frequent power cycling wears out the pump faster.

Damages:
