Stainless Steel Build and Pressure That Goes Where Soft Shells Cannot
The chamber body is welded from three pieces of stainless steel in different thicknesses, giving higher strength exactly where pressure loads concentrate. No bending risk over years of daily use, unlike thinner single-wall builds.
-
1.5ATA standard for everyday wellness protocols
-
1.6ATA higher setting for more demanding sessions
-
Up to 2.0ATA on units built with extra-thick stainless steel and a reinforced door
-
230KG / 507LBS of solid, durable construction that stays put
-
4 solid wheels underneath so the whole unit still rolls into position
Higher working pressure is the main reason to choose a hard shell over a soft one, and it is why this build exists in the first place.
Pick Your Pressure With One Valve Press
The exclusive OxyRevo pressure switch valve lets you set working pressure at 1.3, 1.5, 1.8, or 2.0ATA, or any level you prefer to configure. Press the valve and the chamber targets that level.
New clients start low and climb gradually as they acclimate. Experienced users jump straight to their preferred protocol. One chamber, many protocols, no hardware changes. Pressure gauges sit inside and outside, so both the user and the attendant read the same number at the same moment. The analogue gauge on the shell wears a protective blue rubber boot and reads on a 0 to 100 dial with a red zone, so an over-pressure situation is visible at a glance.
Two Transparent Windows for a More Open Feel
Enclosed space puts some people off hyperbaric sessions. OxyRevo answers that with large windows at both the head and foot ends.
-
High-strength polycarbonate customized and imported from German brand Bayer
-
Double-layered with an air gap design for durability and longer lifespan
- Made with aviation-grade materials
- Wide field of view in both directions, so users see out and staff see in
- Plenty of natural light inside, which makes the space feel open rather than sealed
A new advanced welding and splicing process bonds the metal and polycarbonate together, reinforced outside by an aluminum ring. Firm, good looking, and it will not deform with use.
Run Everything Yourself From the OxyRevo Quest30 Hard Hyperbaric Chamber Interior
No assistant hovering outside. No shouting for someone to adjust something. The internal control board puts every step in your hands from the mattress, with seven round buttons covering the lot.
- Pressurization and depressurization
- Oxygen supply
- Dehumidification
- Refrigeration
- Lighting
An eyes-protected LED reading light sits inside so you can read comfortably through a full session, and a USB charging port, sealed by a hinged rubber cap that flips open when you need it, keeps your phone or tablet alive while you lie there. A matching control panel outside means staff can operate the chamber too, whenever the situation calls for it.
Live Data on Screens Inside and Out
Two digital display screens, one inside and one outside, pull readings from a highly precise sensor and show them in real time.
- Oxygen purity
- Temperature
- Humidity
Readings appear exactly as you would expect them to, for example 32.1% O2, 17.1°C and 32.0% RH, with green Power and Door indicator lights and backlit control buttons sitting below the screen. Everything is automatically controlled, so nobody is guessing at conditions. A 0 to 120 minute timing system runs the session length for you and handles it automatically, which keeps a busy therapy center on schedule without a staff member watching a clock.
Clear Two-Way Talk Without Raising Your Voice
A high definition phone system with a handset and speaker inside and outside connects the user to whoever is in the room. The external handset mounts directly on the curved chamber shell with its coiled cord hanging down, so it is always where staff expect it. No noise, no yelling through steel, no walkie talkies passed back and forth.
For a commercial setting, that matters more than it sounds. A client who can simply speak and be heard stays relaxed, and staff can check in without interrupting the session.
Safety Systems Working in the Background
Three protections run whether anyone is paying attention or not.
-
Smart door sensor. A sensor lock restricts operation to a fully closed door, with indicator lights inside and outside confirming status. No risk of harm to the user or damage to the chamber from an incomplete seal.
-
Power failure safety system. If power cuts out while the user is fully asleep, the system releases pressure automatically and slowly, then drops the door down once pressure is gone.
-
Emergency valve. Quick pressure release in 30 seconds, plus pressure relief valves and deflate valves on the chamber.
Cool, Dry, Purified Air Around You
Chambers get warm and humid. This one handles both with an efficient, powerful air system that pulls moisture out and cools the air, which changes everything about a summer session.
It runs electrically, with no ice water and no Freon, and it needs zero maintenance. Two cooling machines are built into the operating unit, along with a humidity water container.
Air quality gets the same attention:
- An anion generator disperses anions capable of removing 2.5 micron dust particles (PM2.5)
- A water nano sterilizer helps keep the cabin fresh
- An air filter keeps the incoming supply clean
Your Own Oxygen Supply, Never a Refill Order
A 10L oxygen concentrator is built into the all-in-one operating unit and produces 90 to 97% pure oxygen continuously at 10L per minute. You never buy oxygen, never refill a tank, never wait on a delivery.
The complete system includes an oil free air compressor, the concentrator, two cooling machines, the anion purifier, the nano sterilizer, the air filter, and the humidity water container. Accessories cover an oxygen mask, spare filters and fuses, air and oxygen tubes, and a power cable.
Add Red Light Therapy Inside the OxyRevo Quest30 Oxygen Chamber
An optional integrated red light panel turns one session into two therapies. You get pressurized oxygen and red light at 660nm and near infrared at 850nm in the same session.
-
Two sessions in one — pressurized oxygen and red light at the same time
-
Post-workout recovery from two recovery therapies working together
-
Gentle red glow — the panel adds warm red light while you rest under pressure
-
Skin-care routine — red light for skin care, oxygen for your recovery routine
The panel runs on low voltage DC 24V with internal control safety. The power source stays outside the chamber and only shielded cabling enters through a specialized airtight porthole. Recommended session length is 10 to 20 minutes.
Water Chiller Air Conditioner Upgrade for Serious Summer Comfort
For climates where warm and humid is the default, the optional water chiller AC system circulates chilled water through a heat exchanger and delivers a consistent, refreshing airflow inside the pressurized chamber.
-
Adjustable range of -10°C to 20°C for precise cooling
-
110V/220V operation
-
R134A refrigerant with high cooling efficiency, lower energy consumption, and zero ozone depletion
-
Whisper-quiet performance and low maintenance

Plug and play installation, compatible with all OXYREVO soft and hard hyperbaric chambers
-
Smart overload protection against overcurrent, thermal, and overvoltage events, plus an intelligent time-delay mechanism guarding against power fluctuations
OmniBreath Dual-Logic BIBS Mask System
Users used to commit to one breathing method before a session started. The OmniBreath™ valve hands that choice to the person inside, mid-session, without disconnecting anything.
-
Position A, Standard Mode. Optimized for regular masks, for anyone who finds a fully sealed BIBS mask confining or simply prefers an open-air breathing feel while still receiving supplemental oxygen.
-
Position B, BIBS Mode. Engages the professional Built-In Breathing System for maximum oxygen purity and efficient CO2 exhaust, built for intensive session protocols.
Breathe 90% to 98% pure oxygen directly, expel the CO2 you breathe out, and switch between the two with one simple adjustment.
20L Oxygen Concentrator All-in-One Upgrade
Want more oxygen flowing? The integrated 20L concentrator keeps the same all-in-one design that simplifies installation and daily operation, while delivering a far larger supply. The silver and black cabinet rolls on castors, so it parks exactly where you want it beside the chamber.
-
1 to 20L adjustable oxygen flow, set on a glass tube flow meter scaled 2 to 20 Nl/min with a chrome adjustment knob
- 90% to 98% pure oxygen
-
110V/220V house power directly
-
Oxygen Boosting System that holds output stable, where units without boosting drop flow by 50% once the chamber hits full pressure at 2.0ATA
-
PE Filter for cleaner air filtration, stable performance, and longer system life, entering through a blue anodized filter port on the front of the machine
-
Clear cylindrical water collecting bottle with silver end caps, seated in its own black bay in the front of the unit for easy checking and emptying
If you are adding the OmniBreath™ BIBS system, we strongly recommend pairing it with this 20L machine so you breathe more efficiently and comfortably through the whole treatment.

Simple Setup and Straightforward Answers
| Question |
Answer |
| What are the installation requirements? |
Installation is simple. Connect the wires and tubes from the operating unit to the chamber tank and start using it. No special process required. |
| Do I need to buy oxygen separately? |
No. The included 10L oxygen concentrator produces pure oxygen continuously at 10L per minute. You never buy or refill oxygen. |
| What is Red Light Therapy? |
A non-invasive technique using red light at a specific wavelength, typically 600 to 700 nanometers, also called photobiomodulation. |
| How does Red Light Therapy work? |
Precise wavelengths in the red spectrum (630 to 660 nm) and near-infrared range (810 to 850 nm). |
| Why combine HBOT and Red Light? |
HBOT gives you pressurized oxygen and the panel adds red light, so both fit into one session. |
| Is red light safe inside a hyperbaric chamber? |
Yes. The device runs on low voltage DC24V, the power source stays outside the chamber, and only shielded cabling enters through a specialized airtight porthole. |
| How long should a red light session be? |
10 to 20 minutes is the manufacturer's recommended range. |
| How is the door kept safe? |
A sensor lock restricts chamber operation to a fully closed door, with indicator lights inside and outside confirming status. |
| What happens if the power cuts out mid-session? |
The power failure safety system releases pressure automatically and slowly, then the door drops down once pressure is released. |
