Indoor Infrared Saunas

Bring daily sauna sessions home with a low EMF indoor infrared sauna. We carry Dynamic Saunas, Maxxus, Blisspod and Golden Designs models for 1 to 6 people, including far infrared, full spectrum, Himalayan salt and hybrid infrared plus traditional heater designs, from about $2,000 for a compact 1 to 2 person cabin to $13,000 for a 6 person hybrid. Cabins are built from woods such as hemlock and cedar and arrive as panels that assemble in an afternoon.

Every sauna ships free within the U.S. with the full manufacturer warranty and lifetime support from our USA based team. Call us before you order and we'll confirm the outlet or circuit your model needs.

Infrared Sauna Buying Guide

Choosing an infrared sauna comes down to size, heater type and your electrical setup.

Far infrared vs. full spectrum

  • Far infrared saunas use carbon heaters that warm you directly at a comfortable air temperature. They're the most popular and affordable choice.
  • Full spectrum saunas combine near, mid and far infrared heaters for a broader range of wavelengths.
  • Hybrid saunas pair infrared panels with a traditional heater, so you can choose gentle infrared or classic high heat.

What "low EMF" means

EMF (electromagnetic field) levels vary by heater design. Low EMF and near zero EMF saunas are engineered to reduce EMF exposure inside the cabin. Each product page lists the manufacturer's rating.

Choosing the right size

A 1 to 2 person sauna fits most spare rooms and basements. Choose a 2 person model if you like room to stretch out, and 3 to 4 person models if you'll share sessions. Measure your space, including ceiling height, and leave a few inches around the cabin for airflow.

Power requirements

Smaller infrared saunas typically plug into a standard household outlet, while larger and hybrid saunas often need a dedicated circuit installed by an electrician. Check the product page or call us before you order and we'll confirm exactly what your model needs.

Assembly

Most indoor saunas arrive as interlocking panels that two people can assemble in an afternoon with basic tools.

Infrared sauna FAQ

How hot does an infrared sauna get?

Infrared saunas usually run at lower air temperatures than traditional saunas, often in the 120s to 150s °F, because the heaters warm you directly.

How much electricity does it use?

Usage depends on the heater wattage and session length. Most home users find the cost per session modest. The product specs list each model's wattage.
