Compression Therapy

Shop pneumatic compression recovery systems for athletes, active adults and recovery studios. We carry Rapid Reboot REGEN and CLASSIC packages, control units and add-on attachments for legs, hips and arms, plus Therabody's wireless JetBoots, from about $300 for an attachment to around $1,600 for a complete system. Attachments are sold separately too, so you can start with boots and add hips or arms later. Many athletes keep a system at home and another at the gym or on the road.

Every order ships free within the U.S. with the full manufacturer warranty and lifetime support. Call us to find the package that fits how you train.

Compression Therapy Buying Guide

Pneumatic compression systems use air chambers that inflate and deflate in sequence around your legs, hips or arms. Here's how to choose a setup.

Control unit plus attachments

Systems like Rapid Reboot are modular: a control unit runs the compression cycle, and you choose attachments. Start with boots, then add hips or arms later if you want them. Packages bundle the control unit and attachments at a set price.

Wired vs. wireless

Therabody JetBoots have the pump built into each boot, so there are no hoses and they're easy to travel with. Hose-connected systems like Rapid Reboot offer a separate control unit and a wider range of attachments.

Which package do I need?

  • Boots only suit runners, cyclists and anyone focused on legs.
  • Boots and hips add coverage for glutes and hips.
  • Complete packages add arm attachments, useful for throwing athletes and full-body recovery.

Pressure and cycle settings

Compression systems let you adjust the pressure level, session time and, on many models, the rest time between inflation cycles. Starting at a lower pressure and building up is the usual approach. Higher-end control units add presets and finer adjustments, which is helpful when several people share one system.

Travel and storage

If you travel for training or competition, look at the weight of the control unit and whether the attachments pack flat. Wireless boots skip the hoses entirely, while modular systems pack into a carry bag.

Compression therapy FAQ

How long is a session?

Many people use sessions of about 20 to 30 minutes, adjusting pressure and time to what feels comfortable.

Can more than one person use the same system?

Yes. Attachments come in sizes, so check fit for each user, or call us and we'll help you choose.
