Near, Mid and Far Infrared Working Together

Full spectrum means the entire infrared range reaches you, not just one slice of it. Each wavelength warms you a little differently:

• Near infrared is the shortest wavelength and is absorbed just below the surface of the skin, bringing on a gentle surface sweat.
• Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that reaches deeper for a warmer, more thorough heat.
• Far infrared is the longest wavelength and delivers the deep, enveloping warmth infrared saunas are known for.

Most owners use the cabin for a post-workout warm-down or a quiet, relaxing sweat at the end of the day.

Six Heaters Power the Blisspod Helsinki Full Spectrum Sauna

Six heaters surround you, including one Red Glass heater set behind a black perforated grille in the slatted wall, as part of the upgraded therapy package. They are high performance and built to run at a low electro magnetic field. Heat output totals 2100 watts of low EMF heating, and the Canadian Hemlock shell holds that warmth in rather than bleeding it into the room. Suitable for indoors or fully sheltered outdoors.

Face the Panel Head On in the Blisspod Helsinki Red Light Therapy Sauna

Most red light panels sit off to the side. This one is extra-large and positioned right in the front, facing your body directly so you get the full therapy session while you sweat. Rated at 273 watts, the dense lensed LED array bathes the front of your body in red and near-infrared light while you sweat.

A side control strip gives you a digital display with RED, NIR, TIME+ and TIME- touch keys, so you choose your mode and run your own timer independently of the heaters.

Set Your Mood With the Lighting in the Blisspod Helsinki Chromotherapy Sauna

Colour therapy is built into the cabin through four Star LED colour strips: two across the top, one on the back above the heating panel, and one tucked behind the bench. Pick the colour that matches how you feel, or the one that gets you where you want to be.

Dual Soft Touch Controls Inside and Out

Preheat from outside, adjust from your seat. Two soft touch panels handle timer, temperature, audio and light control, each with an LED display and clearly marked keys for heat, time, track skip, volume, FM, play/pause, AUX/USB, Bluetooth, power and lighting.

Temperature is adjustable across a 0 to 60 °C / 140F range, with a dedicated wall-mounted temp sensor reading the cabin so your setting holds steady. It is a round brushed metal plate marked TEMP SENSOR and Home Sauna, screwed to the hemlock wall with its probe extending out into the cabin air.

Clean Air While You Sweat

A closed cabin at 140F is no place for stale air. The built-in oxygen ionizer cleans what you breathe during your session, helping clear dust, pollen and odors. The oval wall-mounted unit carries an O3 and ion selector dial so you can pick between ozone and ion modes, with a green indicator showing it is running.

A wooden adjustable air vent sits on the cabin wall as well, with six slotted openings and a central turning wooden knob. Turn it partly closed to hold the heat, or rotate it fully open to clear all six slots and bring in fresh air.

Music, Trays and Details in the Blisspod Helsinki Deluxe Sauna

Comfort is in the small things, and this cabin was planned around them:

• FM and Bluetooth resonance speakers come preinstalled, premium units with a round black grille mounted flush on the light hemlock ceiling boards for your own playlist or radio.
• Wood handles inside and outside support a tablet or phone, and the pale wooden door handle rail carries the laser-engraved blisspod logo.
• A folding tray drops down from the wall with a cup recess, so your drink stays within reach.

Canadian Hemlock Build and Tempered Glass in the Blisspod Helsinki Sauna Pod

Lighter indoor and outdoor panels of Canadian Hemlock give this series its calm, warm look, a blend that sits comfortably against any interior colour scheme. The outside carries a darker layer of wood laminate with no toxic paint, and the wood itself delivers greater heat retention so your energy goes into your session instead of the walls.

The 6mm tempered glass door is held by heavy brushed metal hinges that clamp the glass directly to the hemlock frame, and the quick assembly system means setup is straightforward once your boxes arrive.

Room for Two in the Blisspod Helsinki 2 Person Sauna

Outer dimensions of 78.7" H x 49.2" W x 41.3" D give two people a comfortable seat without turning your room over to it. An under-bench heater grille sits visible below the seat, with more grilles around the walls, so warmth reaches your legs and lower back rather than just your shoulders. Total product weight is 301.4 lbs.

Power, Delivery and Warranty

Wiring is simple but must be done properly. The cabin runs on 120 volt with a 20-amp power rating across 2100 watts of heaters plus the 273 watt red light panel. Use a certified electrician to do the cabling and test the circuit breaker.

Shipment arrives in 3 boxes on a pallet, around 342 lbs total:

• Box 1 77" x 53" x 8"
• Box 2 77" x 44" x 8"
• Box 3 53" x 45" x 15"

Covered by a 2 year limited warranty on the wood structure, heating panels and electrical. We also offer a 30-day return policy: as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund. Contact Us to arrange a return.

Safety note: always hydrate before and after your session. If you have a history of low blood pressure or heart conditions, check with a doctor first, as the heat-induced drop in blood pressure can cause light-headedness.
