Session Manager lets you customise session start and stop times, durations, music to be played, and after session cleaning cycles. Simple Maintenance and Everyday Upkeep

Cleaning around the motors and the pod is genuinely easy. For the pump, remove the engine box and clean around the components with a damp cloth soaked in warm water. Beyond that, your routine is short:

• Change a filter bag once or twice per month, depending on how busy the pod is
• Add salt once per month, again depending on usage
• Wipe the tank down each morning to get it ready for business

The pod needs 500 kilograms of epsom salt to get the solution just right for floating.

Setup, Training and Warranty You Can Count On

Remote installation. Remote installation and assembly instructions can be provided. A technician arranges a video conference walking you through the full assembly, then a second video call to configure the software and run a thorough systems check. After that, you get detailed training on maintenance and operation, plus the documents and checklists to confirm the process was completed properly.

On-site assembly option. A technician can come to you to assemble, test and train you on the functions and maintenance of your pod. This service costs USD650 per pod, and we ask that the client cover travel and lodging.

Warranty. Every pod carries a ONE (1) YEAR warranty from the time of purchase. Keep a copy of your receipt, and make sure the flotation device has not been tampered with, to qualify for warranty, repairs and/or exchanges.

Production, Shipping and Model Choice

Production time. A maximum of 60 days, and in some cases as little as 45 days. Shipping is expedited whenever possible. U.S customers may receive a pod in as little as 7 days when shipped from the Utah warehouse, and financing options are available.

Container loading. One or two pods fit into a 20' container, while three and four pods fit into a 40' container. Delivery takes anywhere between 10 and 25 days, depending on your location.
