Athletes, Couples and Taller Floaters Gain Extra Space in the Dreampod Vmax Float Tank
Built as the big brother to the popular V2 Flagship, this pod was designed around the people standard tanks leave out. Larger individuals, athletes, floaters with mobility issues, and center owners who want couple sessions on the booking calendar.
Here's the clever part: despite its generous interior, the physical footprint stays comparable to some of the smaller tanks available. You gain interior room without surrendering your floor plan.
Fiberglass Construction That Keeps Heat In and Noise Out
The exterior of the Dreampod Vmax Float Tank is crafted from high quality fiberglass and plastics, polished to a high-gloss finish. That smooth surface wipes down in seconds, which matters when you're turning the pod over between clients all day.
-
Solid foam core embedded in the structure for sound proofing and heat retention
- Warmer, quieter floats for your customers and a lower electricity bill for you
- The same polished coating continues on the inside
-
Anti-slip floor surface for safe entry and exit
- Hidden passive air circulation system that never compromises temperature or sound isolation
The door uses quality gas springs so it opens and closes beautifully, and the handle is a single piece die-cast of aluminum make, nearly impossible to break.
Hygiene Systems Built Into Every Dreampod Vmax Sensory Deprivation Tank
Water quality is where float businesses live or die, so this pod stacks three layers of protection.
-
Main filter device: a custom built stainless steel enclosure holding a replaceable 10 micron filter bag, catching debris as small as 1/4 the diameter of a human hair
-
UV light array: water is pumped past UV, handling any micro-organism that survives the extreme salt content
-
Dual chemical injection system: the first Dreampod to offer it, letting you run any 2 chemical disinfectants you prefer, controlled by the computer system
Filtration is automatic and kicks in after each float. Maintenance stays light: change a filter bag once or twice per month and add salt once a month, depending on how busy the pod is. For the pump, simply remove the engine box and clean around the components with a damp cloth soaked in warm water. The pump is a magnetic drive shaft pump in a larger motor version, built from anti-corrosive materials, relatively silent, and sized to keep cleaning time between floats to a minimum. Heating comes from a high efficiency titanium heat-exchanger rated 2000W+ with excellent safety properties.
Safety Engineering You Can Actually Rely On
Electrical leakage protection (GFC) guards the system on both the inside and outside of the electrical box. A water leakage sensor can be connected too, with sensors placed in critical areas.
Should a leak be detected, the system shuts off any running water pumps and can optionally alert a registered mobile phone by SMS. All critical components are imported from the U.S or Europe and hold certifications proving their quality from standard certification bodies, so nothing inside is a mystery part.
Chakra Lighting and Underwater Acoustics Inside the Dreampod Vmax Isolation Pod
A high power lighting system runs soothing light animations in Chakra colors during idle times or mid-float, controlled by a button on the inside of the pod.
Two tactile transducers embedded into the front deliver crystal clear underwater acoustics. Upload your own MP3 files and manage playlists, then let the Session Manager decide what plays and when.
Want to take floats further? DreamScape float tank add-ons are special programs designed specifically for the Dreampod, taking your float to new levels.
Web Control Panel and Business Reporting Software
Connect to almost any standard TCP/IP network, wired or wireless, and reach the control panel from anywhere in your facility using a laptop, PC, iPhone or iPad through a web browser.
From that panel you manage nearly everything:
-
Session Manager for start and stop times, session durations, music selection and after-session cleaning cycles
-
Filtration control across the filtration system, UV light, water heater and chemical drips. Pick the device, set a duration, hit Go
-
Automatic dosing schedules instead of manual chlorine dosing, and the same for UV light
-
Auto Mode keeps temperature at a predefined level after plug and play setup, with little to no maintenance
-
System Watchdog (optional) monitors water temperature and idle patterns and can alert service technicians if issues arise
The performance monitor reports sessions per day, week and month, plus session time, idle time, and pump and heater durations. The software is under constant development, so it keeps getting easier to use and reaches more devices over time.
Planning for Commercial Use
Every facility is different. Session pricing, client volume, staffing, and operating costs all vary, so we don't publish revenue or payback estimates. If you're adding this equipment to a clinic, studio, spa, or gym, call us at (855) 975-6272 and we'll help you plan space, power, installation, and support.
Setup, Warranty and Ongoing Support
Remote installation and assembly instructions can be provided. A technician arranges a video conference walking you through assembly, then a second call to configure the software and run a full systems check, followed by detailed training on maintenance and operation plus the documents and checklists you need.
Prefer hands-on help? On-site assembly, testing and training is available at USD650 per pod, with travel and lodging covered by the client.
