This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. For in-home service, Infinity Massage Chairs arranges all covered repair parts to be sent to the home; for complex repairs, an authorized service provider may be dispatched at Infinity's discretion, at no charge during the warranty period. During the 3-year parts warranty, covered parts are provided at no cost, though the customer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. The structural warranty covers steel and steel-welded frame parts, as well as any wood structure. Field service is available only in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada, and requires pre-approval by Infinity-authorized personnel.

Coverage does not include: improper installation, unauthorized repairs, use in a commercial or corporate setting, alterations, improper electrical use, power surges, dropped components (including remote controls), damage from pets or insects, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental damage. Normal wear items — foam softening/hardening, fabric fading or pilling, natural leather grain variation, and stitching/Velcro/zipper attachment points — are not considered defects. This warranty is not transferable and is valid in the United States, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
