Dynamic air compression moves through the boots from foot to thigh, while the hip attachment wraps the thighs, hip flexors, glutes and lower back. Because both run on the same REGEN unit, you can switch attachments and keep the settings you like without learning a second device.

Each attachment has four chambers, and REGEN lets you set every one independently from 0 to 200 mmHg in 10 mmHg steps.
