During the Complete Care period, covered repair parts are arranged and sent to your home. Complex repairs may be handled at your residence by an authorized service provider at no charge during that period, while simple plug and play parts come with phone guidance. During the 3-year parts coverage, covered parts are supplied at no cost, though shipping, duties and brokerage fees remain the consumer's responsibility. Structure coverage applies to the steel and steel-welded frame parts plus any wood structure. Field service is available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada, with preapproval required.

Two extended plans are available:

Coverage is limited to the United States, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The warranty is not transferable and excludes damage from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial or corporate use, modifications, power surges or supply issues, drops, pet or insect damage, transportation damage, misuse, neglect and environmental conditions. Natural softening of foams, fabric fading and wear, leather grain and dye variation, and failures of stitching, Velcro or zippers are not considered defects.
