This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Infinity Massage Chairs will arrange for covered repair parts to be shipped to your home, and for more complex repairs, an authorized service provider may be dispatched to your residence at no charge during the applicable warranty period, at Infinity's discretion. Simple, customer-installable parts are supported with phone-based technical guidance.

During the 3-year parts warranty, replacement parts are provided at no cost; the customer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. Field service is available in the United States and major Canadian metro areas, and requires pre-approval by an Infinity-authorized technician. Coverage applies within the U.S., D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, commercial use, shipping damage, or normal wear (fading, foam softening, leather grain variation, etc.).
