For In-Home service, Infinity Massage Chairs will arrange all covered repair parts deemed necessary to be sent to the home. For complex repairs and at the sole discretion of Infinity Massage Chairs, an authorized service provider may be sent to repair the product at the customer's residence, at no charge to the customer during the warranty. For simple plug & play customer-installed parts, Infinity will provide technical guidance over the phone, if needed. Infinity Massage Chairs may choose to replace your product in lieu of repair, at their sole discretion, and if a particular part is no longer manufactured, they may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Infinity Massage Chairs is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage.

For any repairs needed during the 3-year parts warranty coverage, Infinity Massage Chairs will provide covered parts at no cost; however, the consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada, requires preapproval, and, if necessary, must be performed by Infinity Massage Chairs-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial or corporate use, alterations, improper power supply, power loss, surges, dropped product including remotes, misuse, neglect, abuse, vandalism, pet or insect damage, transportation damage, theft, or environmental conditions. Natural changes such as foam softening, fabric fading and pilling, leather grain and dye variation, and failures of stitching, Velcro or zippers are not defects. Coverage is limited to the United States, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the warranty is not transferable.
