Infinity Care Warranty Coverage Explained

Every chair ships with INFINITY CARE coverage on manufacturing defects:

• 5 Year U.S. Residential Limited Warranty
• 5 Year structural frame warranty covering steel and steel-welded frame parts plus any wood structure
• No-cost replacement on covered parts for 3 years
• Complete Care with no-cost covered parts and covered labor, in-home if necessary, for 1 year
• Unlimited USA-based customer and technical support

During the Complete Care period, covered repair parts are arranged and sent to your home. For complex repairs an authorized service provider may be sent to your residence at no charge during that warranty period, and for simple plug and play parts you get technical guidance over the phone. A replacement may be issued in place of a repair, and if a part is no longer manufactured a similar product may be substituted. Retail replacement value never exceeds the original net price paid.

During the 3-year parts coverage, covered parts come at no cost, though shipping, duties, and brokerage fees fall to the consumer. The same applies to replacements issued under Parts or Structure coverage. Field Service is available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada, requires preapproval, and must be performed by authorized field service personnel to keep coverage valid. Warranty coverage applies in the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is not covered: improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial or corporate use, alterations, improper electrical supply, power loss, electrical disturbances and surges, dropped product including remote controls, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, damage from pets, animals or insects, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, environmental conditions such as fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake or weather exposure, loss of use while awaiting parts or repair, and products from unauthorized dealers. The warranty is not transferable. Softening or hardening of foams and fillings, fading, wear and pilling of fabrics, natural leather markings and dye variation, and failures of stitching, Velcro and zippers are not defects.

Two upgrade plans are available: Infinity Care PLUS covering 3 years of labor, 3 years parts, and 5 years frame for $399, and Infinity Care Max covering 5 years of labor, parts, and frame for $599.
