Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro Massage Chair Dual Mechanism L-Track

Deep Back and Glute Relief From the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro Massage Chair

The Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro is a dual mechanism L-track massage chair. Tension that settles into your lower back and glutes rarely responds to a single set of rollers passing over it. Two synchronized massage mechanisms change that, working together across your back and gluteal region with 2D, 3D and 4D movement in the same session. Add an L-track that runs from your upper back to your glutes, 24 auto programs, heat, and a 10-inch touchscreen, and your recovery routine moves into your living room. Why keep booking appointments when the therapist never leaves?

• Dual mechanisms: Two synchronized mechanisms treat the back and glutes together, blending 2D, 3D and 4D motion for deep, relaxing massage.
• Full-body track: The L-track runs from upper back to glutes with built-in stretching for added flexibility and comfort.
• Program variety: 24 auto programs plus MyMemory® storage let you save custom sessions for instant recall.
• Touch control: A 10-inch touchscreen tablet and glossy black armrest quick access panel put every setting within reach.
• Hands-free option: Voice command control adjusts your massage without lifting a finger.
• Personalized massage: TrueFit® Body Scanning and the smart health sensor tailor each session to your size and needs.
• Stay charged: A USB-C port keeps your device powered while you relax.

• Foot and calf relief: Triple foot rollers per side and calf kneading target sore, tired muscles.

• Warmth included: Lumbar and foot heat soothe tension and boost comfort.
• Sound therapy: Onboard nature sounds and Bluetooth® speakers create an immersive escape.
• Color choice: Available in Black/Black, Beige/Beige and Brown/Brown.
• Warranty backing: 5-year limited residential and frame warranty, with 3-year parts and 1-year Complete Care coverage included.

Two Massage Mechanisms Working in Harmony

Most chairs give you one mechanism travelling up and down a track. This one gives you two individual mechanisms choreographed to work together, one concentrating on the back while the other treats the gluteus region.

• 2D, 3D and 4D technologies combined for an advanced chair massage
• L-track coverage extending from the upper back through to the glutes
• Dynamic stretching benefits built into the track path for flexibility and comfort
• Six massage techniques to choose from: Kneading, Tapping, Kneading & Tapping, Shiatsu, Knocking and Combination

24 Auto Programs Ready at a Touch

Pick a mood, press it, sit back. The program library spans gentle relaxation right through to an invigorating full-body stretch, so the chair matches how you feel rather than the other way around. The Therapy menu opens with eight program tiles, Relax, Stretch, Yoga, Demo, Recovery, Rest and Relax, Morning and Night, ready to tap.

Found a combination you love? MyMemory® Storage Programs let you record it. Run a manual session with your preferred settings, save it, and it is waiting for you next time in its own slot.

A 10 Inch Touch Screen Tablet That Puts You in Charge

The upgraded 10-inch touch screen tablet hands you complete control. Browse programs, adjust settings and fine-tune every detail of the session on a large, clear display instead of squinting at a tiny handset.

For the things you reach for constantly, there is the Quick Access Control Panel on the armrest, finished in glossy black. Backlit buttons and a power dial let you switch the chair on, pause or resume a massage, turn on heat, drop into zero gravity or launch a favourite program with one press.

Armrest Controls Within Finger Reach

Hands-free is an option too. The intelligent voice command and control system adjusts your massage settings while you stay exactly where you are, eyes closed, arms resting.

Smart Health Sensor and USB-C Charging in One Spot

Rest a finger on the smart health sensor tucked inside the zippered armrest pocket and the smart scan system uses the reading to suggest a massage program for you. It is a comfort feature, not a medical device.

The same spot holds a USB-C charging port, so your phone tops up while you recline. No hunting for an outlet, no getting up mid-session.

TrueFit® Body Scanning Built for Your Frame

A massage aimed at the wrong vertebrae is just pressure. TrueFit® Body Scanning Technology uses hardware and software working together to pinpoint your size and shape, then customizes the massage to those measurements.

With an optimal user height range of 5' 0" to 6' 6", the scan means a tall user and a shorter one can share the same chair and each get rollers landing where they should.

Weightless Zero Gravity Recline Inspired by NASA

Zero gravity positioning is inspired by NASA research, and the benefits translate beautifully to massage. Your feet rise above your heart and weight comes off your back.

• A deep, open stretch as you recline
• A genuine sense of weightlessness that makes every massage feel deeper
• Reaches 75.00" in length and 42.00" in height when reclined

Want that position without a massage? The optional Power Recliner Insert converts the chair into a Zero Gravity Lounger for reading, resting or simply unwinding.

Zero Wall Fit® Space-Saving Technology for Tight Rooms

A recliner that needs two feet of breathing room behind it eats a room alive. As this chair reclines, it slides forward instead of backward, so the gap between the chair and your wall shrinks to just a few inches, with a 5" clearance shown between the reclined chair and the wall.

That means you can place it against the wall of a bedroom, office or den and keep your floor plan intact.

Triple Foot Rollers and Calf Kneading From the Knee Down

Your feet carry the day, so they get the broad foot sole coverage. Three shiatsu rollers per foot, six teal rollers across the pair, delivering a thorough total sole reflexology-style foot massage.

Above them, kneading rollers sit behind each calf, working sore, tired muscles that standing or running leaves aching.

Airbag Compression Therapy From Shoulders to Feet

Rollers cannot wrap around a limb, which is where airbag compression therapy earns its place. Airbags gently squeeze and release key areas of the body, releasing held tension.

Coverage runs across the shoulders, arms, calves and feet, so the whole body is treated rather than just the spine.

Lumbar and Foot Heat for Colder Evenings

Warmth loosens what massage then works on. The built-in heating function envelops your back, calves and feet in comforting heat.

• Targeted lumbar heat across the lower back panel to ease tension
• Heated foot wells that warm cold feet from underneath
• All-over warmth that makes every massage session more comfortable

SootheMe® Sound Therapy and Bluetooth® Speakers

No streaming service required. A curated selection of onboard nature sounds sits right in the sound menu on the remote, from crackling fire to falling rain, building a tranquil ambiance around you.

Prefer your own playlist? Built-in Bluetooth® speakers pair with your device for music, podcasts or anything else you want filling the room, set behind a perforated speaker grille with chrome trim and a teal Bluetooth symbol in the upper corner.

Upholstery Colours Available on the Infinity Massage Chairs Sovana 4D DualPro

Quilted stitching and chrome trim give the chair a finished look rather than a clinical one. Pick the combination that suits your room:

• Black/Black
• Beige/Beige
• Brown/Brown

Infinity Care Warranty Coverage Explained

Every chair is designed, built and inspected before it ships, and the INFINITY CARE limited warranty backs it against manufacturing defects. Standard coverage includes:

• 5 Year U.S. Residential Limited Warranty
• 5 Year structural frame warranty covering steel and steel-welded frame parts plus any wood structure
• No-cost replacement on covered parts for 3 years
• Complete Care with no-cost covered parts and covered labor, in-home if necessary, for 1 year
• Unlimited USA-based customer and technical support

During the Complete Care period, covered repair parts are arranged and sent to your home. Complex repairs may be handled by an authorized service provider at your residence at no charge, while simple plug and play parts come with phone guidance. Replacement of the product may be offered in place of repair, and the retail replacement value never exceeds the original net price paid.

Within the 3-year parts and 5-year structure periods, covered parts are supplied at no cost, though shipping, duties and brokerage fees are the consumer's responsibility. Field Service is available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada, requires preapproval, and must be carried out by authorized field service personnel. Warranty coverage applies in the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Two extended plans are available:

• Infinity Care PLUS covers 3 years of labor, 3 years parts and 5 years frame for $399
• Infinity Care Max covers 5 years of labor, parts and frame for $599

The warranty is not transferable and excludes improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial or corporate use, alterations, improper electrical supply, power loss, electrical disturbances and surges, dropped product including remote controls, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, damage from pets, animals or insects, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism and environmental conditions such as fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake or weather exposure. Loss of use while awaiting parts or repair is excluded, as are products acquired from unauthorized dealers. Softening or hardening of foams and fillings, fading, wear and pilling of fabrics, natural leather markings, grain and dye variation, and failures of stitching, Velcro and zippers are natural occurrences rather than defects. A purchase receipt is required and all repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Contact Us to start a claim.
