During the Complete Care period, covered repair parts are arranged and sent to your home. During the 3-year parts coverage, covered parts are provided at no cost, though shipping, duties, and brokerage fees are the consumer's responsibility. Normal changes such as softening or hardening of foams, fading, wear and pilling of fabrics, natural leather markings, grain and dye variation, and failures of stitching, Velcro or zippers are not defects.
