Two upgrade plans are available: Infinity Care PLUS at $399 covers 3 years of labor, 3 years parts and 5 years frame, while Infinity Care Max at $599 covers 5 years of labor, parts and frame.

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial or corporate use, alterations, electrical disturbances and power surges, dropped products including remote controls, damage from pets or insects, transportation damage, theft, abuse, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions. Natural changes such as softening of foam, fading or pilling of fabrics, and grain and dye variation in leather are not defects. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to, stitching, Velcro and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty either. The warranty is not transferable, a purchase receipt is required, and all repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Coverage applies within the United States, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
